Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design Management.
  • Design Coordination. (All Discipline)
  • Works under the direct supervision of the Managing Director or Principal Architect.
  • Responsible of the multi-disciplinary coordination of the overall Project production and deliverables of a fully coordinated project documentations including project Specialist and Sub-Consultants packages.
  • Responsible of the production of all Design packages of all stages, post Concept Design Stage (All Project Documentation, including Specifications, Cut sheets & Schedules) in line with the Contractual obligations / Scope of Work and related deliverables.
  • Multi-Disciplinary Design review and project coordination (Including Specialist and Sub-Consultants)
  • Oversight for production all project documentation, including Specifications, Cut sheets & Schedules Etc.
  • Organizes and manages the design team and resources
  • Prepares and maintains Detailed Delivery Program
  • Ensure design is in compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations and requirements of local authority having jurisdiction.
  • Review Revit model – online Modeling / Revit & CAD Production (Entire Design Stage and Design Integration stage)
  • Team Leadership – providing motivation, coaching and mentoring.
  • Resource Planning, resourcing monitoring and reporting (Project Status)
  • Design reviews & quality assurance
  • Site back-up – Post Contract, Tender & Site clarifications – Integration.
  • Project Monitoring – Quality and Spend to date / Forecast.
  • Facilitate and drive the Project Monthly report 
  • Update project design program & spend to date / forecast.
  • Main (day to day) point of contact and project coordination.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • Extensive project experience. (min 10 years) in design, planning and construction of educational/commercial/hospitality or similar works.
  • Expert in AutoCAD, Photoshop
  • COA Membership

  • Liaising with clients to identify their needs
  • Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
  • Preparing tender and contract documents
  • Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
  • Assigning work to subcontractors
  • Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payments
  • Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
  • Ensuring that clients get value for their money
  • Advising on the maintenance costs of specific buildings
  • Submitting regular budget reports
  • Following building regulations and health and safety
  • Working at a client’s business, in an office or on a construction site.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Civil Engineering) 
  • 5 to 7 year(s) of relevant experience in Engineering Firms, Real Estate
  • Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Should be capable of independently handling all Accounting and Finance related work.
  • Sundry Debtors (Clients) and Sundry Creditors (Vendors)
  • Accounting the Fixed Asset and Investments
  • Accounting and Reconciliation of TDS Payables and Receivables, Quarterly E-TDS
  • Bank Accounts Reconciliation
  • Statutory Compliances (GSTR -1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B/2A, GSTR-9 Annual Return Filing, Generation of Form 16 & Form 16A, PT, EPF, ESI)
  • Annual Filing (PT, MSME, Shop and Establishment Act, Form C)
  • Payroll Processing
  • Voucher Preparation
  • Preparing budget and financial forecasting
  • Co-ordinating with Auditors regarding Financial Statement & ROI
  • Co-ordinating with Company Secretary for filing compliances as per company laws
  • Liaison with Bank Personnel
  • Should be capable to handle Statutory Notices and respond in timely manner

Required Candidate Profile

  • Expert knowledge in Tally ERP 9 and Excel
  • Graduate in Bachelors of Commerce
  • Preferred 5 – 6 of relevant experience
