Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design Management.
  • Design Coordination. (All Discipline)
  • Works under the direct supervision of the Managing Director or Principal Architect.
  • Responsible of the multi-disciplinary coordination of the overall Project production and deliverables of a fully coordinated project documentations including project Specialist and Sub-Consultants packages.
  • Responsible of the production of all Design packages of all stages, post Concept Design Stage (All Project Documentation, including Specifications, Cut sheets & Schedules) in line with the Contractual obligations / Scope of Work and related deliverables.
  • Multi-Disciplinary Design review and project coordination (Including Specialist and Sub-Consultants)
  • Oversight for production all project documentation, including Specifications, Cut sheets & Schedules Etc.
  • Organizes and manages the design team and resources
  • Prepares and maintains Detailed Delivery Program
  • Ensure design is in compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations and requirements of local authority having jurisdiction.
  • Review Revit model – online Modeling / Revit & CAD Production (Entire Design Stage and Design Integration stage)
  • Team Leadership – providing motivation, coaching and mentoring.
  • Resource Planning, resourcing monitoring and reporting (Project Status)
  • Design reviews & quality assurance
  • Site back-up – Post Contract, Tender & Site clarifications – Integration.
  • Project Monitoring – Quality and Spend to date / Forecast.
  • Facilitate and drive the Project Monthly report
  • Update project design program & spend to date / forecast.
  • Main (day to day) point of contact and project coordination.
Required Candidate Profile

  • Extensive project experience. (min 10 years) in design, planning and construction of educational/commercial/hospitality or similar works.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Needs to Handle multiple projects with complete design and drawing delivery ownership reporting to Principal Architect.
  • Check the work of team members and ensure the quality of deliverables meet the company standards of delivery and client expectations.
  • Review and ensure the team is aware of the design standards, codes and compliances as per region and the same are complied to in the Design.
  • Liaise with key clients, contractors, consultants, QS team and other stakeholders for positive project outcomes. Draft technical reports and contractual documents, of acceptable technical and presentation quality with minimum guidance.
  • Work to a program for the project and proactively advise Senior leadership of any issue which affects the efficient completion of the project.
  • Can cross- over through design thinking between the three disciplines of the practice on large scale projects.
  • Use business related software independently with ability to guide work of junior team members. The individual will be required to travel at times to project locations and co-ordinate with the team based there.
Required Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor / Masters in Architecture with over 15+ years of relevant experience or having exceptional work experience track record in managing team of architects
  • Must be competent in design, project management, efficiency matrices.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Capable of working on own initiative or as part of a larger multidisciplinary team.
  • Have a logical and organized approach to project delivery and able to follow instructions and guidance by senior team members.
  • Be aware of the effect of delivery time on financial performance and proactively manage time, resources and budget on a project.

Planning & Coordination at Site
  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
  • Report progress, delays, and issues to Project Manager
