PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Hotel Sharada Comforts is the most Premium and chic hotel in the temple town of Sringeri in Karnataka. The building consists of B + G + 3 upper floor. The ground floor consists of the concierge waiting area. Dining and kitchen. The upper floors contain 10 rooms each with three larger suite rooms towards the east. All the rooms are designed to have a fantastic view of the surrounding hills and extensive greenery all around.

The building sits on an extremely challenging site sloping for about 40 Meters at  a 60 degree angle. As one can see from the sections, there are two floors below the basement parking floor, which are used for stall housing and a Banquet hall.

Being located in an area with very high rainfall, the sloping site was very challenging to deal with. The footings had to be cast at varying founding levels to get a seat on the slope and also to minimise any sliding moments.

Overall this Hotel offers an enviable view of the landscape and also the right kind of comfort for the discerning traveler.
